A healthy diet can be a fountain of youth for our skin. Eat well and your skin will be moist, clear, and glowing. Eat poorly and it will be dry, pale, scaly, or oily. In addition to taking a multivitamin pill every day, use this as your grocery list for glowing, youthful skin.

Why do people love cruises ?
Why do so many cruise vacationers swear they wouldn't go back to hotel vacations? Cruise travel represents a pinnacle of luxury.
You travel around the world, or your chosen area, in cosseted pleasure.
Every whim gets catered for. Every time you're hungry, food awaits. You go ashore to sightsee a new place, but return to your own bed every night. A floating hotel, travelling to a new location every day.

Largest American Cruise Ships
For the first time in 40 years, a passenger liner is being built at an American shipyard.
Now under construction at Ingalls Shipbuilding in Pascagoula, Miss., the yet unnamed 72,000-ton United States Lines vessel will be the largest passenger ship ever built in this country.

The 1900-passenger ship is 820 ft. long and has a 105-ft. beam. Its layout allows 731 of its 950 cabins to face outside.

Although it will operate as a cruise ship that sails exclusively among the Hawaiian Islands, the $880 million vessel will be outfitted with conference rooms and a 2100-sq.-ft. business center, complete with Internet access.

Four diesel generators producing 30 megawatts will power the two motor-rudder drives and three bow thrusters that propel and steer the vessel.
The bridge will use an integrated navigation and power system, controlled through a joystick.
The extensive use of new technology is a requirement of the Project America law, which made the construction of the ship possible.

In exchange for helping to update the shipyard and building, two state-of-the-art passenger ships, American Classic Voyages, the parent company of United States Lines, received exclusive rights to the Hawaiian cruise market for the life of its new vessels.

The ships will be delivered in 2003 and 2004. Public areas will include 85,000 sq. ft. of open deck space, a 1060-seat dining room, a 900-seat show lounge, an outdoor stage and a 7-deck-high atrium.
