Adventure Package Rates & Conditions
There are no refunds for unused days.
The above rates do not include tax.
All drivers must be 25 years of age or older, and have a current and valid driver's license from their state or country of residence.
If the license is in a language other than English, the driver must possess an International Driver's Permit.
Authorized drivers may be asked to sign a driving record addendum or be subject to a computerized Department of Motor Vehicles check. A valid, signed MasterCard or Visa credit card (not a check/debit card) must be presented at time of pick up.
Because of the unique circumstances surrounding this Tour, some special conditions exist.
These include:
· Non-refundable Reservation Deposit of $500.
· More than 90 days before your pick up date we will send you a Rental Agreement to complete. Daily Rental fees and the completed Rental Agreement must be received in our office 75 days before pick up date.

· The $500 Reservation Deposit can be paid by Visa/MasterCard or check. However, due to our agreement with Visa/MasterCard we cannot accept prepayment of the Daily Rental Fees by credit card. These fees must be paid by personal check or cashier's check.
· A coffee maker or teakettle and a 140w power inverter that can be rented for $1.50 per day, a 300 watt inverter can be rented for $3.50 per day, and a toaster is available for $7.50 per rental. We are sorry, but due to shipping constraints, we are not able to include lawn chairs, or ice chests.

A flat screen TV is available.· Clients and all members of their party are responsible to possess adequate identification and ability to enter and transit Canada.

PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
Please be advised that the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative states that as early as January 1, 2008, ALL persons, including U.S. citizens, traveling between the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda by Land or Sea (including ferries), may be required to present a valid passport or other documents as determined by the Department of Homeland Security.
While recent legislative changes permit a later deadline, the Departments of State and Homeland Security are working to meet all requirements as soon as possible. Ample advance notice will be provided to enable the public to obtain passports or passport cards for land/sea entries.

Once you have Emailed us your Reservation Deposit $500 It's that easy!
Upon receipt of your Reservation Request form and $500 deposit, we will send you written confirmation of your reservation. For Your Adventure Package reservations made prior to the first week of January 2008, confirmation of your reservation and a free pass to AlaskaLand.
If your Spring Adventure Reservation Request is received after the first week of January, then confirmation will be mailed within 7 days of receipt. Size requests will be honored in the order in which the reservations were received. When we receive the Spring Adventure 2008 Reservation we will send you a complimentary copy of The Milepost so you can get started planning your adventure.
The Milepost will offer you great trip planning suggestions including possible side trips, “must see” sights, and advice on road conditions.
This is an extremely popular trip and usually sells out very quickly. So, don't delay making your reservation. You may miss the best vacation ever.
